For today's song, I took a trip back down memory lane. When I was in my 20's I frequently sang at nursing homes to entertain the residents. One of the ladies there told me once, 'don't ever get old'. While I certainly appreciated her perspective, as I have grown older, I have also realized that life is a precious and limited commodity, so, while getting old may have it's drawbacks, it's better than the alternative. And, in general, living your life the way you feel you should live it is better than living the ways other would choose for you.. So, choose to live your own life, not someone else's version of it.. it's better than the alternative!
